They are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their Sydney CBD team. This is a high-profile role managing A-Grade commercial office assets, with direct exposure to corporate tenants, premium-grade facilities, and long-term investment strategies.

The Senior Property Manager will:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of Premium and A-Grade CBD office assets
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Manage lease administration, including renewals, rent reviews, and make good obligations
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting and oversee both operational and capital expenditure
  • Partner with leasing and asset management teams on tenant negotiations and inspections
  • Conduct regular building inspections and collaborate with facilities teams to ensure building performance aligns with CBD A-Grade standards
  • Ensure compliance with landlord, sustainability, and risk management requirements

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing A-Grade office buildings
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and budget management capability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with corporate tenants and stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of lease administration, arrears management, and property accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of facilities management and building operations
  • Proficiency with Yardi (or similar property management systems)
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
