**Receptionist/Administration Assistant | HIAIS**

Due to continuous growth, our North Ryde team are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our HIAIS team on a full-time basis.

This is a fun & forward-thinking team that offers training and the opportunity to learn a variety of insurance lines

**What the day will look like**
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Answering incoming calls and responding to client enquiries
- Issuing policy documentation and data entry
- Managing various stakeholder relationships across your client group, with underwriters and internal Aon / HIAIS colleagues
- Be exposed to various internal project / personal development opportunities to keep evolving your Insurance skills
- Management of workflow through a centralised inbox
- Greeting clients in office when required
