Experienced **Receptionist/Administration Assistant **needed for a busy front desk based in the heart of **Parramatta**:
- **background in an accountancy firm is desired. (School hours available 9am-3pm Monday to Friday).**
We are a medium sized firm in Parramatta with various businesses in the one office. We are seeking an experienced **Full Time** **Receptionist/Administration** **Assistant** to join our team based in **Parramatta**.
**Working hours**: Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
The role entails working directly with the firm's Director and her PA to provide a range services to the business client group.
You will have previous experience in reception and administration with a **satisfactory understanding of accountancy practices **to be successful in this position. You will also demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills with an eye for detail.
You will have a **"can do" attitude;** work very well under pressure being confident but also easily adaptable. This position will suit someone who is mature minded with high level of professionalism.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Answering high volume calls to service the 3 steams of our business;
- Building strong, friendly relationships with all internal and external stakeholders;
- General administrative tasks, **eg drafting letters for the ATO**, **data entry into excel files;**:
- Provide Administration support to the Director and her PA as required;
- Managing office - Maintenance ensuring all grocery, stationary and all other office supplies are ordered in a timely manner;
- Post outgoing mail, organise couriers and accept deliveries;
- Photocopying, printing and binding of reports as required;
- Organising meeting rooms and bookings;
- Processing invoices when required using handi soft system.
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- 1 to 2 Years experience in a Accounting Practice within a reception/ administration position;
- **Basic accounting knowledge & MS Office skills;**:
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong problem solving, analytical and investigation skills and attention to detail;
- The ability to work independently and under pressure at the same time maintaining accuracy;
- Ambitious and looking for long-term career with opportunities for advancement in this fast-growing, strong company;
- Professional presentation.
**Salary based on experience plus super**
