- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and lending policies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant licensing as required by local regulations.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred.
