**Responsibilities**:

- Source and establish business opportunities with potential clients, qualified mortgage leads will be provided
- Promptly follow up customer enquiries, identify client needs and match them to the suitable mortgage products
- Ensuring effective communication with all internal and external contacts
- Provide combined credit advice and finance solutions to meet client's needs
- Interpret complex financial structures to determine and workshop scenarios that fit within lender policy and appetites.

**Requirements**:

- A strong motivation to learn and build a career in Finance
- Positive attitude, motivated, energetic and disciplined nature
- Outstanding communication and negotiating skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer services
- 'Can do, will do' attitude with high levels of motivation and integrity
- Fluent in English and one additional language (Mandarin or Cantonese prefered)
- Previous experience in lending industry or banking is preferred
