**Description**
The Summer Trail Crew is responsible for the ongoing preservation of the unique alpine environment. Provide strong labor with a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic to complete summer trail and slope maintenance and various other summer mountain and capital projects.

This position is seasonal full-time commencing in the middle of October and finishing at the end of May with a probationary period of 8 weeks to ensure the successful applicant is suitable for the job.

Job Responsibilities Include: *
- To understand and follow the company’s policies and procedures at all times
- Slope maintenance including; re grading, drainage and road works
- Assisting with summer slope grooming
- Earth moving and rock removal
- Snowmaking maintenance including trenching works
- Project work including; Slope stabilisation and trenching
- Fire prevention summer works and other duties required by supervisors or managers

**Qualifications**
- Must have medium rigid drivers licence
- Must have earthmoving experience and licence
- Must have a current driver’s license

**Experience Required**
- Skid Steer
- Front-end Loader
- Backhoe
- Excavator
- Fork lift
- Working knowledge of work safe practices
