**About the Role**
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Head of Performance Management to join BOQ’s highly regarded Group Finance team
With the flexibility to be based out of our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office, you will be reporting to the General Manager Performance Management Services and your role is key to supporting the strategic and financial success of the Group.
On a day to day basis our Head of Performance will support the CFO & GM Performance Management Services in delivering the financial results including monthly reporting. You will provide strategic financial advice to the Board & Executive Committee and prepare and supervise the preparation of ad-hoc management information including one-off pieces of analysis and management presentations.
You will be accountable for the timely and accurate development of annual budget and forecasts for the Group, and deliver the 5 year strategic financial plan and help drive decision making to deliver sustainable shareholder value.
You will be a key member of the Performance Management Leadership Team and contribute in a meaningful way to decision making and financial technical input and work with the Group Financial Leadership team to uplift centre of excellence teams (such as performance reporting) to assist in the strategy and implementation of Finance initiatives.
**About you**
Our Head of Performance will act as a principal finance support, trusted advisor, and strategic consultant within the performance management team, whilst maintaining sound financial governance and accountability.
You will understand integration and consolidating business activities and have strong stakeholder management skills, due to the relationships you will have to build across a variety of internal stakeholders.
It is a requirement that you have Degree/Master and professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA) and extensive business and industry knowledge.
With a collaborative, authentic and dynamic approach, you will be a strategic and proactive leader across the Group.
