We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Head of Performance & Reward**to join our People & Culture (P&C) leadership team. This is a pivotal role reporting Chief People & Culture Officer, with accountability for shaping and leading QIC’s global Performance & Reward strategy across Australia, the UK, the US, and Asia.

**About the Role**

As Head of Performance & Reward, you’ll:

- Lead the development and execution of QIC’s Remuneration & Reward framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market best practice.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of global benefits, short
- and long-term incentive schemes.
- Partner with the Board, People & Culture and Executive Committees and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice and insights on remuneration trends, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead QIC’s performance cycle, ensuring delivery of robust processes, reporting, and analytics that support performance and reward outcomes.
- Manage relationships with external partners and benchmarking providers to ensure market-aligned and data-driven remuneration practices.Provide strategic leadership to the Performance & Reward team, fostering collaboration across generalist and specialist P&C teams, Finance, Risk, and Operations.

**About You**

You are a senior Performance & Reward leader with deep expertise in financial services and a proven track record of driving complex reward strategies in global markets. You bring:

- 15+ years’ experience leading Performance & Reward functions, ideally in investment management, banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience at Board and Committee level, including executive reporting and presenting.
- Expertise in designing and implementing incentive programs, and global benefits across the UK, US, and Asia.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and compliance knowledge with the ability to provide strategic, data-driven insights.Leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
