**THE OPPORTUNITY**

At Camp Australia, we are passionate about providing the best experiences for children in our before and after school services and vacation programs across Australia. We are the leading provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) with more than 550 services nationwide.

As Relationship Manager, you will play a key role building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients through the direct management of a portfolio of services in South Australia.

In partnership with the Service Delivery team, you will collaborate on activities to ensure the ongoing retention of key school contracts and the direction of operational focus to address any existing school challenges. This role is also accountable for a significant budget deliverable in ensuring that those schools retained also meet important margin hurdles and deliver on projected future performance.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract due to parental leave.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Track record in an account management or business development role focused on delivering growth and value to customers
- Demonstrated ability to deliver needs-based solutions in a competitive environment
- Authentic approach
- Passionate about “Guiding Childrens' growth” and making a difference in the community
- Ideally, experience in the child care or education sector
