**How will I help?**

You’ll manage a portfolio of Business customers, the lifeblood of the Australian economy. In this Relationship Manager role you’ll have heaps of opportunities to build genuine personal connections with our customers, empowering them to feel confident and inspired to navigate the future and what our ‘new normal’ may look like.

Our Relationship Manager’s are customer facing sales and service roles so a typical day will see you using lots of different skills, from proactive networking and relationship management to writing Business lending deals and managing your customers’ needs.

**What do I need?**

First and foremost, we’re looking for a Banker with strong credit skills. You can either be an existing Relationship Manager or you can be in a support role with the ambition to step up. You’ll have a good understanding of credit risk and compliance and a passion for going above and beyond your customers’ expectations of good service. Experience managing commercial loans and a know-how for complex business / home loan structures will help you hit the ground running. Your energy and warm relationship management style and ability to confidently and proactively target new business opportunities will impress us
