**Fit My Car** is a proudly Australian company designing, manufacturing, and distributing custom car accessories — all from our modern facility at Avalon Airport in Lara. As demand continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a **reliable and motivated Team Leader** to support day-to-day production and warehouse operations.

This is a **hands-on leadership role**, ideal for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a sharp eye for efficiency, quality, and teamwork.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking an energetic **Team Leader** to oversee our afternoon shift operations (approx. 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). You'll be actively involved in both **production and warehouse tasks**, guiding the team to hit daily goals and keeping everything running smoothly.

While this role is primarily for the **afternoon shift**, you must be available to work across **morning, afternoon, and night shifts** as needed.

**Afternoon shift loading applies** in accordance with the relevant award.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Allocate resources and coordinate the team to meet shift targets
- Operate production machinery and assist with manufacturing tasks
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and quickly
- Load and unload deliveries using a forklift
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance
- Monitor product quality and output, resolving issues proactively
- Keep the warehouse and production areas clean, safe, and organised
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and work procedures

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Current LF Forklift Licence (required)**:

- Hands-on experience in production and/or warehouse environments
- Familiar with order picking, RF scanners, and dispatch processes
- A strong communicator and practical leader who leads by doing
- Confident using systems and adaptable to learning new tools
- Great attention to detail, time management, and work ethic
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to move at pace
- Highly reliable, organised, and capable of working independently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
