Site Operations Leader

This role oversees daily site operations, ensuring rigorous safety and security standards, while leading a dedicated team to support the growth and operational excellence of the site.

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the Point Wilson facility, overseeing operational support, including wharf shipping, storage, distribution, and maintenance. They will also ensure depot preparedness for emergencies and develop workforce capability and succession planning to meet site needs.

  • Operate and manage the Point Wilson facility with maximum efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the site team to ensure effective resource allocation and operational success.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providers.
Requirements
  • A diploma in business (logistics management) or equivalent.
  • A strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operations.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with sound business and personnel management abilities.
  • Previous experience in Defence and/or EO supply chain would be highly advantageous.
