Strong and capable Executive Assistant required to work with a not for profit health organisation based in Parkville | 3 month contract, immediate start date
- **An opportunity to work with a not for profit health organisation, leading the way in improving health outcomes**:
- **You will be providing support to the CEO and Executive Directors, previous experience is essential**:
- **Initial 3 month contract, close to public transport**
This organisation, based on the city fridge, has a key purpose and goal to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients. You will play a key position in supporting the CEO and Executive Directors providing executive support, you will be a proactive team player and forward thinker.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Making appointments and maintaining diaries
- Drafting and processing external correspondence
- Preparing reports and minute taking in internal and external meetings
- Maintain effective working relationship with management and internal stakeholders
- Identify and asses when a matter should be escalated to the CEO
- Receive all incoming communication to the CEO and determine the suitable course of action
**You will have the following**:
- Previous experience in an executive support role
- Not for profit experience would be advantageous
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven experience working in a busy environment
- Be hard-working, punctual, and organized
- Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- An aptitude to grow and learn
