Administration Officer - Main Reception
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time 4 - 5 shifts per week.
Shift timings include: 6am to 2pm and 11am - 7pm
Remuneration: $34.86-$35.80 p/h + 11.5 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Location: St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital - Spring Hill

Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial
Working alongside our administrative team providing admin support based at the main hospital reception duties involving admitting and discharging patients for/from their procedures, receipts of payments, health fund checks, creating ad hoc charts for add-ons, dealing with queries and liaising with patients and Medical Staff - Doctors, nurses and health professionals in a friendly manner.
What makes a difference for us?
- 12 months or more experience as administrator or receptionist in Specialist, Medical Practice or Hospital Administration highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in written communication.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to provide an exceptional service.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workload.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your day-to-day work.
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support as required.
