Beaumont People is currently seeking an experienced administrator/receptionist for an exciting opportunity with a reputable not-for-profit organisation in Brisbane, looking to commence the new role on the 3rd of January.

**Your daily task may include**:

- Be the first point of contact for enquiries both face to face and over the phone.
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Assisting the accounts team as required.
- General Ad Hoc administrative task.
- Filing, payment processing and diary management.
- Travel coordination.
- Office maintenance and ordering of office supplies.

**About you**:

- A passion to work in the Not-for-Profit Sector.
- Previous experience working within an administrative, executive assistant, reception.
- Strong administrative background.
- Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Legal background or community sector background highly regarded.
- Problem solver and have the ability to think on your feet.

**Please note that you MUST be available to commence on the 3rd of January and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, this opportunity could lead to a permanent role.
