**Solution Designer - AWS / AZURE Cloud - Government**

The Technical Solution Designer will lead low level design in AWS / Azure Cloud across multiple projects / initiatives.

The position reports to Manager, Architecture Services and Governance and will work in conjunction with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, Technology Partners and Project Managers.

**In this role you will**:
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to ensure alignment of solution design and implementation with ICT Strategy's and Enterprise Architecture Target state.

Serve as an advisor on design aspects of system development and integration and ensure that ICT strategy, architecture principles, standards, and practices (security/privacy) are applied correctly

Define, design, and implement technology solutions (including changes to service, process, or operating model), to meet tactical and strategic requirements of business.

**Key Criteria for this role**:

- 4+ Years' experience in solution design & best practices in TOGAF framework setting.
- Knowledge of various technologies such as Security & Access Management, IDAM, PAM, Storage, and Applications
- Experience with DevOps / CIDC / CMP / Cloud orchestration / management - (desirable)
- Experience in a large and complex organisation & higher education. (desirable)
- Bachelor in computer science or information systems, or a related field or equivalent extensive work experience.
- AWS or Azure or other cloud architecture certification

This is a 12 Month Contract - Sydney based role in Redfern - with Hybrid working. 1 day p/w in the office.
