Role and responsibility
- As a Solution Designer specializing in Pega, Appian, and IBM BPM, you will be accountable for the end-to-end design of workflow solutions that align with our technical architecture. Your expertise will ensure that our business requirements are met effectively while maintaining compliance with technical standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the alignment of end-to-end workflow designs developed by various teams using Pega, Appian, and IBM BPM, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to technical architecture.
- Evaluate risks related to the integrity of workflow solutions, focusing on availability, performance, servicing, and compliance of business and technology services.
- Review individual and team deliverables, providing mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues to foster best practices in design.

**What You Need**: To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

- **Experience**: Over 7 years in software development, with a minimum of 4 years in solution design specifically using Pega OR Appian or IBM BPM.
- Good experience in integrating complex systems, including microservices, UI, API, and batch integration.
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies relevant to BPM solutions.
- Experience in banking or financial services is essential, with a focus on workflow automation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, motivate teams, and influence positive change.
- Experience in mentoring and leading developers to ensure adherence to best practices in workflow design.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to address challenges effectively

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Solution design using Pega OR Appian OR IBM BPM: 4 years (preferred)
- Software development: 7 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, NSW 2000
