**Job description**:
We are seeking an experienced **Solution Designer** to join our team and work at one of our banking clients in Sydney CBD.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for fraud and scam detection aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop high
- and low-level solution designs incorporating Business and Technology frameworks.
- Work collaboratively in BAT and Agile environments to ensure seamless integration of
- solutions.
- Support initiatives under Prudential Frameworks, such as ASIC compliance, AUSTRAC
- reporting, and AML/KYC standards..
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams, acting as a bridge to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Produce design artefacts, including process flows, data models, and system interactions.

**Skills and experience**
- Proven experience in fraud and scam detection within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Risk & Compliance frameworks, including ASIC, AUSTRAC, AML/KYC.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
- Expertise in designing both high-level and low-level solution architectures.
- Familiarity with federated banking systems and NPP requirements, including processes and reporting.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical designs.
