**How will I help?**
This role reports to the Director, Change and is responsible for supporting the WIB Finance Team through the design, development and implementation of change initiatives originated both inside and outside of the team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Build strong working relationships with the Head of WIB Performance Management, Head of WIB Finance, WIB BUF teams, Technology and Finance Transformation. Provide guidance and be a key WIB Finance contact for projects and change impacting our team.
- Ensure all WIB Finance requirements are met before approval of new products is obtained. Work with WIB Finance teams to gather requirements and be the main contact for the New Product teams across the WIB Lines of Business.
- Become a first contact for projects impacting the team and ensuring all teams are aware of the pipeline of changes, as well as engaging team members to complete impact assessments.
- identify and work closely with stakeholders, managing their expectations and providing guidance to achieve the required outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes; work closely with other teams to deliver improvements.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience as a Project or Change Practitioner
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting preferred and/or Degree in related field such as Business, Psychology or HR, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change
- Adaptive influencing and relationship building skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
