**IT Manager / Infrastructure Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- With the CTO, develop, manage, and deliver an IT Operations Strategy and Roadmap
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Strong AWS knowledge and associated products and services, ensuring optimal usage
- IT change management and associated policies and practices
- Assess and develop policy and SLAs and ensure all KPIs are met and reported on both internally and externally
- Develop, deliver and continuous improvement of Service Management Framework (ITIL)
- Develop and manage annual IT operations budgets in coordination with the CTO
- Balance expenditure and cost reductions against scale and growth requirements
- Negotiate, manage and maintain agreements and relationships with software, network, hardware, IaaS, SaaS vendors and resource providers
- Provide strategic advice and execution on technology compliance and governance matters.
- Provide people leadership through direction, training, coaching and career development of your team.
- Continuously improve team dynamics, engagement, and a general sense of achievement
- Experience working in virtualised environments
- Experience working with hybrid cloud environment
- Experience using continuous integration tools
- Familiarisation with distributed corporate environment
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years’ software engineering and/or IT experience with demonstrated experience and success in a comparable IT Operations role or a similar senior leadership role
- Mature experience in Technical Infrastructure & Application
- Experience in AWS products, services and infrastructure management optimisation
- Experience with Azure AD and Office 365 environments
- In-depth knowledge of systems architecture, design and development
- Proven experience managing software projects and products
- Understanding of budgets, finance, business process, and compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
