You will be joining the Customer Engagement & Digital (CE&D) Data Management team at a time where we are strengthening our personalisation & engagement experiences. As a Manager, you will work directly with CE&D Product owners to deliver Data Management initiatives across their critical business processes.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Lead the implementation of Data Management across initiatives within the Customer Engagement & Digital (CE&D) Domain
- Drive the execution of the Data Management roadmap along with the Chapter Lead, Data Steward and Product Owners
- Champion and support CE&D Crew Leads with their Data Management requirements
- Analyse and profile data using strategic tools and techniques to enhance and uplift data quality
- Implement appropriate Data Quality solutions across our critical processes (Yello, Customer Engagement Engine, Consent/Preference, Digital data)
- Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance pertaining to Data Management
- Show leadership skills to be able to manage projects and support the Chapter Lead & Product Owner

**We’re interested in hearing from people who**
- Have solid technical SQL knowledge for data verification & profiling, hands-on experience with Ab Initio, and/or Alation
- Are knowledgeable of Customer Engagement & Digital operational processes and data eco-system is highly valued (Yello, CEE, CED, Consent/Preference Engine, Digital data)
- Have relevant qualifications and background in data management disciplines such as risk, compliance, audit, actuarial, insights or analytics
- Pride themselves in being outcome focused, with the ability to work with technical teams to articulate data management principles
- Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Pride themselves in having a data product mindset - experience with data architecture and data product strategy is beneficial
- Are comfortable with AWS Datazone and/or data governance best practices in cloud environments - beneficial
