**The Role**

Reporting to the Office Manager, the core of this role is to ensure all costing aspects of the business are completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Ensure quality, consistency and completeness of quotations and costings
- Scheduling all material and labour quantities accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing contract documentation and raising purchase orders
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required

If you are a passionate and self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail and time management skills, we want to hear from you
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in priorities
- Good level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and knowledge of construction industry will be highly regarded
