Customer Service Coordinator (Tullamarine)
**About Viadux**:
In 2017 Viadux was acquired by the Reece Group. The Reece Group is Australia's largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products and has over 580 branches in Australia and New Zealand. The company includes a number of strategic businesses including HVAC, Irrigation, Onsite, Civil and its flagship Bathroom Life showrooms.

**The Role**:
We now have an opportunity for a **Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) **to join the team in Tullamarine. You’ll work as part of the branch team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Customer Service (this includes maintaining a friendly, tidy and professional appearance)
- General computer skills
- Using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration (process of credit claims)
- Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch
- Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries
- Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner
- File documentation relating to the above tasks
- Quotation follow-up system
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirement
- Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
