Overseas employees, coordinates activities, and upholds depot standards. Promotes a high level of productivity and monitors work for accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Facilitates the smooth flow of goods into and out of the depot.

**Job Duties/Essential Functions**
- Experience in Sort processes and procedures
- Supervising the hand sort process and also clamping process, ensuring staff are completing work as per procedure and Auditing errors
- Runs options RWR and CSC through AS400 to ensure random weight products are received correctly
- Schedules and coordinates daily activities of employees. Coordinates employee breaks, lunches and side tasks
- Walks depot floor to monitor employee productivity, safety and ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the depot
- Communicates with other areas of the depot
- Communicates with respective warehouses as needed
- Ensures the priority stock or coupon items are in respective shipping lanes and follow them through
- Coordinates and participates in daily maintenance checklists
- Monitors equipment and checks that equipment is shut off at the end of the day
- Checks facility, safety, security, cleanliness and accounts for employees in building for opening and closing shifts
- Observes employee performance and paperwork to determine that depot procedures are followed
- Drafts and participates in presentation of employee performance evaluations
- Ensures the depot is maintained in accordance with Depot’s safety protocols
- Assists other departments when necessary
- Must be willing and able to work on Saturdays
- Must be willing to cross train and must be versatile to work in both DRY & WET and in different departments as per business needs
- Observes paperwork to determine that depot procedures are followed.
- Must have warehousing experience and physically fit
- Must be versatile to work in both DRY & WET and in different departments as per business needs
- Cold Storage/Distribution experience is an advantage. Chiller/Freezer temperature work required

**_ Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery_**
- Forklift, EPJ, Computer, printer, phone, calculator, handheld two-way radio.

**Non-Essential functions**
- Assists in other departments where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Education/Training: Higher School Certificate preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have Forklift Licence
- Knowledge/Skills: Intermediate MS word and Excel skills. Knowledge of WH&S in everyday occupational situations
- Other Skills and Abilities: Previous experience in supervisory roles. Ability to multi-task.
