The main function of the role is to ensure the smooth flow of the pallet control section which includes but not limited to - key entry and reconciliation of pallet movements of Depot’s WET & DRY facility.

**Job Duties/Essential Functions**
- Receives, audits, reviews, and matches pallet Dockets Vs Proof of Deliveries
- Enters daily all dockets/pallet movements into 2IC
- Performs daily reconciliation of pallet CHEP/Loscam movements in 2IC
- Sorts, files, archives pallet dockets and PO’s
- Performs monthly pallet stock takes
- Manages the pallet movements within Costco and ensures accurate pallet counts
- Liaises with vendors for incorrect and incomplete documentation / pallet count on the docket
- Internal and external site visits relating to pallet management
- Assists in organizing hires and de-hires of the pallets and waste management
- Assists in other areas of the depot as required
- Must have 3-5 years pallet control management experience
- Must possess a “can-do attitude” and an eye for detail

**_ Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery_**
- Computer, printer, phone, calculator, hand held two-way radio.

**Non-Essential functions**
- Assists in other departments where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Education/Training: Diploma
- Licenses/Certifications: None*
- Knowledge/Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides) is required
- Other Skills and Abilities: 2ic Software Knowledge is required (3-5 years), Knowledge in AS400
