About the Business Unit
Victim Services Support and Reform (VSSR) is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime, placing victims at the centre of our justice system, including:

- Provision of strategic leadership and advice on victims of crime issues across government.
- Driving and influencing victims of crime policy to ensure best practice.
- Direct service provision of a range of programs including the Victims of Crime Helpline, Victims Register, Victims Assistance Program and specialist witness services.

About the Role
The role will be directly positioned in DJCS Technology Solutions and report into VSSR for the duration of the position. There will be a high degree of consultation and engagement across Technology Solutions, VSSR and key stakeholders including business and third-party organisations where appropriate.
Technology Solutions explores and employs modern technology to serve the department's business needs. The business unit is responsible for the department's IT strategies, policies, projects, architecture, infrastructure, corporate systems, and service management of IT suppliers.

About you
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex and multi-faceted ICT support environment, as well as managing project deadlines

Qualifications/Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in an ICT discipline and/or achieved through at least 5 years' experience.
- Highly desirable: experience in Salesforce system administration or development.
- Desirable: accreditation in ITIL.
- Desirable: accreditation in a project management methodology.
- Desirable: accreditation in or working knowledge of business analyst methodologies.
