**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update inventory records using service management software.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktaking activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory status, stock levels, and order status.
- Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues in inventory management.
- Provide support to sales & service staff as required.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administration, logistics, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly.

**Work Hours**

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mount Waverley, VIC 3149: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
