We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Client Services Representative. This position is an integral part of our company, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. As a representative for our business, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we are delivering the highest level of service.

**Working hours**:
Working from 9 am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

**The role will include the following**:

- Extensive customer service
- Reception duties
- Collating and sending documents to clients
- Following up documents for signature
- Lodgment of tax returns
- Mail processing
- Processing client documents, details and information
- Appointment making
- Dealing with new client enquiries
- Client obligation management
- Greeting clients and preparing for meetings
- Administrative support
- Maintaining a high standard of office appearance
- Other duties as required
- Customer service experience in a professional setting
- Excellent technology skills and the ability to adapt to new systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must be a people person and enjoy helping others
- High level of professionalism
- Attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner
