**Position Information**:
We are seeking a Revenue and Receivable Officer to join our Accounts team at our Head Office, which is located in the heart of Sydney CBD.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for resident data management, including entry, transfer, and departure information in the system.
- Process banking, billing, direct debits, and reconcile refunds (MTCF, DAC, RAD, Loan, etc.) according to RFBI policies.
- Follow up on outstanding debtors, liaise with Villages, and escalate bad debts as per RFBI's policies.
- Update residents' management system (Epicor) and reconcile information provided by the Department.
- Conduct reconciliations, end-of-month reporting, and review individual resident funding received for Government funding.
- Assist Village/Service staff, consumers, and relatives with account inquiries, providing statements, invoices, and addressing system errors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and RFBI policies and procedures.
- Actively engage with the Revenue and Receivable Team to maintain a positive working culture and lead continuous improvement efforts in processes and procedures.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Relevant experience in revenue and receivable functions (aged care experience is desirable).
- Experience in Epicor software (desirable)
- Excellent skills in analytical tools including MS Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
