Our client is one of Australia's & New Zealand's largest and fastest growing retailers within its categories, now with an expansion plan that has now taken them globally.

Due to continued growth across the national property portfolio, together we are seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager who can demonstrate a minimum 2-4 + years managing a fast paced portfolio on behalf of another retailer.

Reporting directly into the Head of Property, your responsibilities will include:

- Negotiation of all lease renewals, exercising lease options & sourcing new properties throughout Victoria
- Assist the Lease Administrators to maintain database, maintaining all reports
- Working closely with the legal team
- Working closely with the BD department to facilitate project appraisals & fit out requirements

Ideally you will demonstrate:

- 2-4 + years of experience in negotiating retail leases on behalf of a retailer
- At least 2 + years of experience representing and dealing directly with franchisees
- Working knowledge of retail fit out process, approvals and permit requirements
