**YOUR ROLE**

Are you an ambitious individual looking for a role that will allow you to develop your sales skills? We are currently seeking a Tele-Sales professional to join our team at Beaver Brands in Erskine Park, Sydney. In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the management and sales teams.

Your main responsibility will be:

- Responsible for the sales revenue growth and margin targets within allocated territory/sector.
- Achieve sales and margin targets and KPI’s as set by the business.
- Use remote methods to maintain customer contact, ensure ongoing sales of existing lines and sell additional products (telephone, Teams meetings etc)
- Timely introduction of promotions and sales deals as applicable to customer categories
- Act as a trusted advisor to your allocated customers by ensuring we meet our agreed service expectations and manage any disputes/queries in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

**ABOUT YOU**

You’ll have that same entrepreneurial spirit that we live and breathe here at Bunzl, and the ability to influence and negotiate with our customers. You must possess a strong understanding of selling products in reseller/wholesale/distribution environment, and organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business, build rapport, and deliver great outcomes.

You’ve already fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous roles, where you successfully managed multi-level relationships. You have a pro-active attitude being a self-starter with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.

The other essentials we are looking for:

- Prior sales experience
- Highly motivated and ambitious individual
- Experience/skills in outbound customer phone calls
