As part of the Internal Sales Team, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a person who is looking for professional growth opportunities with our wider group.

**Your role**:

- **Provide** customer service
- counter and phone
- **Support **a diverse customer base in providing product support
- **Attend **to sales enquiries/provide technical support
- **Liaise **with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

**What you need**:

- **Mechanical **aptitude **with** hydraulics and industrial product knowledge is **advantageous**:

- **Ability** to take the lead in delivering sales growth
- **Strong** technical skills and problem solving
- **Experience** in customer service
- **Computer literacy **at an intermediate level
