**Summary**

Responsible for the coordination of all fleet/equipment maintenance and the daily supervision of the vehicles and employees involved in the workshop

**Your new role**
- Supervise workshop and equipment functions through both internal resources and outsourced subcontractors
- Managing a team of up to 12 mechanics over multiple shifts
- Create and implement service and repair plan within the workshop
- Oversee the administration of all works carried out
- Carry out admin tasks associated with running of the workshop.

**Your skills and experience**
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical trade or equivalent desirable
- Experience in management of a mechanical workshop
- Sound-track record in safety management and performance
- Strong knowledge and experience in heavy vehicle maintenance
- HR license desirable
- **Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test**
