Are you an experienced Office Manager with strong organisational and multitasking skills? Perigon Group is excited to collaborate with a leading retirement living organisation in their search for an Office Manager in their head office.

**About the Company**:

Specialising in providing affordable, stylish, and secure retirement communities, our client is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for quality units catering to the 55-plus cohort.

**The Role**: As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO and CEO by overseeing various responsibilities, including:

- **Executive Support**: Provide high-level support to the CEO, managing diaries, drafting PowerPoints, and handling correspondence.
- **Office Operations**: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, managing stationary supplies, and maintaining an efficient work environment.
- **Team Assistance**: Coordinate team lunches, social events, and conferences to foster a positive work culture.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle general administrative tasks, including IT management, collateral preparation, and supporting the marketing team.
- **Diary Management**: Efficiently manage diaries for social events, travel arrangements, and other professional commitments.
- **HR Support**: Provide general HR admin support, collaborating closely with the Group FC.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in drafting PowerPoints, letters, and other business correspondence.
- Ability to coordinate social events, conferences, and team lunches.
- Familiarity with IT management and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
