A major bank in Sydney is seeking a M365 SME for a 12 month contract which is highly liklet to extend.

As a Senior Technical Lead, your role will focus on ensuring stable and delivery and service operations Microsoft 365 services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reporting into the Collaboration Infrastructure team lead, this role will be responsible for:

- Governance of the Microsoft 365 service stack as a whole (including, but not limited to, Yammer/ Viva Engage, MS Teams, MS Apps for Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, PowerBI
- Management of configuration updates to Microsoft 365 services
- Input into Service Governance meetings regarding the various Microsoft 365 services (including new and upcoming features that Microsoft release)

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 in a professional capacity (preferably in a large enterprise organisation
- Experience with medium complexity Powershell scripts to query and export information for Microsoft 365 services
- Experience operating within a service management framework with tools such as Remedy and/or ServiceNow (or equivalent)
