The Opportunity

SyncUp is seeking a highly experienced CyberArk SME to join a major enterprise program, preferably based in Sydney. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment and optimisation of CyberArk's privileged access management (PAM) solution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for all things CyberArk
• Review vendor deliverables, designs, and implementations to ensure quality and alignment with business needs
• Keep the external vendor accountable, ensuring timelines and best practices are followed
• Advise internal stakeholders on CyberArk architecture, deployment, and ongoing improvements
• Provide strategic input on PAM policies, processes, and governance

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk solution deployments (enterprise-scale)
• Strong understanding of PAM best practices, architecture, and security controls
• Ability to challenge vendors, review technical documentation, and ensure quality outcomes
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Sydney-based preferred, but flexible arrangements considered for the right candidate
