**About the Role**
BOQ Group are recuiting for a M365 Platform Manager
You will act as an ambassador for modern workplace technology, overseeing service operations, managing escalations, and providing expert guidance within the M365 ecosystem. Your deep technical expertise, proven leadership and passion for technology-driven transformation will shape a proactive support culture that encourages innovation and teamwork. You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders, business units, and technology partners to deliver best-in-class service management, consistently aligning technology solutions with the evolving needs of the organisation.

**About you**
You are an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience managing and enhancing Microsoft 365 environments across complex, multi-site organisations. Your expertise spans overseeing Service Desk operations and onsite support, driving the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 solutions—including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online—to ensure they align with business objectives and user needs. You bring strategic management of Azure services and cloud infrastructure, holding at least an Azure Fundamentals Certification, with advanced M365 certifications considered highly advantageous.
With a background which includes designing, implementing and maintaining robust IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You excel at developing and executing IT strategies, including incident, problem, and change management, to deliver reliable, high-performing services. With advanced troubleshooting skills and a focus on minimising downtime, you support digital transformation while fostering collaboration among technical teams, business leaders, and third-party partners. This role will require exceptional people management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills are matched by your ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams, manage budgets, and prioritise competing demands to achieve service excellence.
