Inventory Assistant

Given the expansion of our business, we have identified that we require an Inventory Assistant to support our business.

We are looking for applicants who are available to start immediately

This position is Full time working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) on site in our Brunswick facility, that is very close to public transport.

Qualifications & experience
- 2+ years’ experience in inventory, supply chain, food production or administration
- Experience with MS Office software - Excel, Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with ERP Systems would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background in Food would be preferred

Tasks & responsibilities
- Support Senior team members and warehouse with inventory control
- Raise Purchase Orders and receive materials
- Raise Delivery Notes/ Invoices and despatch finished goods
- Supply Chain and Logistics coordination
- Liase with Suppliers and Customers
- General office and Administration duties

**Salary**: $50,000 to $55,000 per Annum (negotiable dependent upon experience)

**Job Type**: Full Time
