We are currently expanding our PeopleSoft team, catering to diverse client needs.

As a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant, the successful applicant will:
**Requirements**:

- Possess extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, Global Payroll (Core and Australian Extension), and Absence Management.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll business processes and legislative requirements for Australian Payrolls.
- Showcase expertise in Rules Writing, Configuration, Processing, Enhancement Design, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Support for Global Payroll and Absence Management.
- Exhibit experience in writing functional specifications and effective collaboration with technical and test resources.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging with stakeholders and end-users across all levels of the client organization.
- Bring strong analytical, solution design, and documentation skills to the team.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting activities.
