**The Opportunity**
The role of Program Transformation Manager is accountable for the end-to-end planning, analysis and successful delivery of strategic initiatives and projects with the purpose of delivering measurable outcomes in line with the overall Transformation strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
The BSEM Program Transformation Manager will develop high level business requirements to deliver and drive on the growth strategy. Your main objectives are to:

- Undertake strategic risk assessments
- Establish and manage the overarching program plan, including the BSEM digital transformation strategy
- Streamline systems for financial planning to ensure BSEM the sustainability and scalability of the growth plan

This position will work alongside the Director of BSEM and Exec Director, Statewide Services to create and coordinate a range of integrated plans that will support a 2-3 year implementation period.
**About You**
- You hold previous experience in program design and project scheduling in complex multi-faceted organisations
- You have experience in translating and operationalising high level business growth strategies into concrete program plans and works
- You have knowledge of intersection of markets, jurisdiction and income generating business models from an Australian context
- You are a strong communicator with the experience and capacity to set expectations with relevant stakeholders
- You have strong technical leadership qualities and an understanding of digital products and lifecycles from development to deployment
