We are seeking a NFP Digital Transformation Consultant who will be responsible for supporting sector capability development projects and also the maintenance of Hub guides and capability assessment/recommendations.
This is a fixed term (24 months with the possibility to transition to permanent) full-time position (hybrid working model), based in our Melbourne office.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Assess non-profit technology needs and provide practical technology advice through individual consultations, mentoring and webinars to small-medium not-for-profits across technology categories that include:
- Tech foundations - PCs, network, servers, telephony, email, file sharing and collaboration infrastructure
 - NFP Applications – corporate and service delivery systems including finance, HR, client/ case management and CRMs
 - Data & Analytics – data tools, infrastructure, analytics and reporting to measure activities, outputs, impacts and outcomes
 - Digital marketing – website, social media, electronic Direct Marketing and fundraising
 - Artificial Intelligence – helping NFPs unlock the power of AI for enhanced impact while mitigating the associated risks in an increasingly complex marketplace
 - IT management – IT strategy/planning, budgeting, governance and business continuity
 - Cyber security protections – protect information from online threats and accidental disclosure
 
 - Direct organisations towards technology resources (senior staff, information guides, webinars, training, products & services, contractors, partners etc) where required, so they get better value from their technology investment.
 - Support the design and delivery of programs that build the capability of NFP staff across the Asia Pacific region.
 - Undertake project coordination tasks including requirements analysis, report writing, data analysis, solution design, and training.
 
Key selection criteria
To succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will be:
- Able to provide assistance across different non-profit technology categories, including:
- Microsoft 365, user devices and IT infrastructure and Cyber security - Skilled at data analysis with Excel. Tools like Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
 - May also have skills in NFP systems, data & analytics, and/or artificial Intelligence tools and uses 
 - Able to undertake structured analysis in a logical and efficient manner
 - Able to demonstrate excellent written communication skills, including contributing to or leading writing business reports and recommendations.
 - Strong verbal communications skills, with proven experience supporting IT managers and executives
 - Comfortable working autonomously and in a self-managed way, using initiative to draw on the expertise of those around you
 - Good awareness of NFP technology challenges and passionate about the sector 
 - Experience presenting to audiences and comfortable delivering staff training
