In this role you will be working across all areas of the One Endeavour program and into our brands and supporting functions. Given the criticality of the program, this role will be highly visible across all levels of our organisation.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

- Assist in structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them, working collaboratively within the Transformation team to engage with leaders across the business
- Deep dive into problems across Endeavour’s end to end business to enable programs to deliver business outcomes, performing complex analysis
- Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior leadership decision making across the business
- Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change to enable key decision making that will shape the future of Endeavour Create written communication materials to deliver insights and analysis to Endeavour Leadership and Board, converting complex thinking into simplified content fit for senior stakeholders to understand and action

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you:

- 4+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, transformation delivery, corporate strategy or project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or work streams
- Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisation
- Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - prioritising competing demands
