**About the Role**
Swinburne University’s Schools Engagement team is responsible for coordinating a variety of high-quality, curriculum-aligned educational programs for schools. We are currently seeking a Vocational Experience Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and delivering engaging educational enrichment activities for Year 9 and 10 students, helping them explore their career pathways and interests.

Reporting to the Future Students - TAFE Lead, your primary responsibility will be to support the planning, coordination, and execution of these programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including academics and teaching staff, to create sustainable and engaging initiatives that align with the school curriculum and meet the needs of the student audience.

Additionally, you will coordinate and actively contribute to the implementation of these programs, ensuring they effectively support students in developing their aspirations, building skills, and making confident decisions about their educational journey.

**About You**
**To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the development and delivery of programs that encourage participation in higher education informed by current research into widening participation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diversity of individuals from both within and outside the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic environment

**Qualifications**
Completion of a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
