Essendon FC - “The Bombers” - are a professional sporting team in the Australian Football League. As home to 5 sporting teams, we run our AFL men’s and women’s programs, VFL women’s and men’s programs, and a wheelchair football team. But we’re more than the game. **About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, as our Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator’s you will assist the implementation of the Club’s digital engagement strategy, with a key focus on the management of the Club’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform (Salesforce), to grow our fan base, communicate with our database and to drive commercial outcomes for the Club.

**About you**

With a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline, you will be known for your positive attitude and strong cultural fit. You’ll ideally have hand on experience working with a CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (preferably Salesforce and Marketing Cloud).

You will pride yourself on your ability to perform well under pressure whilst remaining detail orientated. Being a team player, you’ll have strong communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment. An understanding of the AFL landscape will be desirable but not essential. Alongside your skills, you’ll have a strong work ethic and a preparedness to work irregular hours according to the demands of a professional football industry.
