Build your sales skills, learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry, and pave the way for a successful career in mortgage broking or finance. Our Associates have high earning potential, with on target earnings averaging $80K, and our top performers earning over $100K per year.
Our Associates Team forms a vital layer of our sales organisation. Associates focus on setting appointments and driving qualified customers into the diaries of our brokers around the country. As an Aussie Home Loan Sales Associate, you’ll work primarily from our thriving Aussie store in Paddington. In this role, you’ll handle inbound enquiries and make outbound contact with leads to see if we can support them along their home loan journey.
**Qualifications** Key responsibilities of an Aussie Associate**:
- Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs
- Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
- Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
- Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key info
- Provide exceptional experiences for our customers
**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
While there is an expectation that most shifts will be in-store, upon completion of your training and once prescribed benchmarks are met, you will have the opportunity to discuss hybrid working arrangements.

As an Aussie Associate, you:
- have the ability to take control of your earning potential, with a base salary and results-based bonuses paid weekly. Average OTE for this role is $80K, with top performers earning over $100K per year.
- develop a solid sales foundation and gain an intimate knowledge of the home loan process and mortgage market
- will have legitimate opportunities for career progression
- receive best-in-class sales training, a dedicated mentor, and have the opportunity to learn from the experienced brokers in your store
