In this key role you will be providing support to the MD, CFO and COO in the functions of office and diary management; secretariat and board support; report and project support; agenda and meeting preparation; client management; and general support to keep this company ticking along in an efficient manner.

And who are you exactly? You are an organisation whizz You are confident in not only organising yourself, but also managing upwards to ensure the Executive's are running their day efficiently. You love being busy and you are excellent at dealing with various personalities and stakeholders. Proactive should be your middle name, because you are always ahead of the curve and can anticipation all the administrative needs of your team. And finally, you know Microsoft Office inside and out
