**What you can expect in a day in this role?**

This role will support varied aspects of Front Office operations. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office team in providing all guest services, such as: guest check in / check out; making and amending reservations; booking and confirming internal and external tours; updating guest profiles; assisting with luggage and valet parking

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Two years minimum experience in the Hotel industry within Front Office/Reservations (ideally as a Guest Service Agent)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a positive demeanour
- A current **full manual drivers** licence
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts
- Experience with hotel reservations software RMS or similar
