**Job Description** ALL about the job**:

- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between
- Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure every day is different
- Logging all guest requests to ensure all requests are met within established timeframes
- Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
- Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
- Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience

- An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
- A people person who is able to make genuine connections with colleagues and guests, and to hear their story
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues when required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- High level of computer literacy
- The ability to work across a 24/7 roster - evenings, mornings, nights, and weekend
