As an RN with experience in a Residential Manager position, you will have the opportunity to be working with a
**highly regarded non for profit aged care provider**, you will benefit from the ongoing support and opportunities for career progression

Lead this aged care facility located in the suburb of
**Phillip in Canberra** and collaborate with an established team of management and care staff while receiving support and opportunities for progression.

This organisation has a focus on providing their staff with an exceptional working environment providing them with the tools and resources to succeed.

**Your duties will include**:

- Be responsible for the financial management of the facility in line with the companies budgets and policies
- Responsible for conducting the meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
- Seek and develop innovative and continual improvement plans
- Clinical Care Managers, Operational Managers and Financial management staff will be reporting to you
- Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff that supports and ensures continuing professional development

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Experience working as a facility manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
