Our dedicated team are currently looking for a Catering Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This role will work shifts across the week. You will be rostered a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight.

THE ROLE
- Assist in food preparation and sandwich-making
- Serving breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals
- Following all Food and Safety procedures
- Demonstrate adaptability by taking on various tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas and with equipment
- Maintain stores and monitor stock where needed

THE PERSON
- Experience in the healthcare or aged care sector highly favoured, although not essential
- Hold a current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 (or willing to be)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and improve service quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
